Welcome!

Hello, we are Erin & Victoria, and we’re delighted to extend a warm welcome to you. This website is the product of our dedication to supporting families with children in need of early intervention. As a committed advocate for children’s well-being, we’ve created this platform to provide resources and guidance tailored specifically to your family’s needs.

Navigating the journey of early intervention can be overwhelming. Whether you’re seeking advice, information, or support, you’ll find it here. From developmental milestones to practical strategies, we are dedicated to empowering you every step of the way.

Dr. Erin Michaud

I earned my bachelor’s degree in communication disorders and then completed a master’s degree program in speech-language pathology. After graduating, I was fortunate to be hired as a speech-language pathologist at a world-renowned school for children with autism that provides services based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). This was my first exposure to ABA, and I witnessed how effective these teaching methods were at promoting overall development.

To better serve my students, I completed the specialized coursework needed to become a BCBA. I pursued further studies and earned a PhD in behavioral analysis, specializing in naturalistic treatment strategies. Drawing from my background in speech-language pathology and behavior analysis, I’ve developed a comprehensive approach aimed at nurturing the holistic development of children through naturalistic strategies.

Victoria Yarzebski

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and a minor in education. Soon after, I moved to Massachusetts to pursue a master’s degree in ABA while working at the same world-renowned school as Erin (which is how we met!). I then went on to complete another master’s degree in education.

I have been working with children with autism and their families for over 10 years and have a passion for helping caregivers connect with their children. For the last 5 years, I have also been working with newborn babies through age 3, tracking and assessing their development. I take pride in providing high-quality services and support to families and children, some of which are affected by autism, using a behavior analytic approach and naturalistic teaching.

Supporting Your Child’s Developmental Journey

Drawing on our multidisciplinary backgrounds, we equip caregivers with the knowledge to help their young children reach their full potential. Working closely with families in their homes has helped us appreciate the vital role caregivers play as part of the child’s intervention team. Since most early intervention takes place at home, educating caregivers has become integral to our treatment approach.

Helping Caregivers Support Their Child’s Development

Often, caregivers are unsure about where to turn for support regarding their child’s development. Our goal is to provide caregivers with the knowledge they need for the following concerns:

  • You may be curious about your child’s development
  • You may not know where to start in seeking treatment
  • Your child may be on a waitlist for treatment
  • Your child may not be getting an adequate amount of treatment
  • You may want suggestions for parent-implemented treatment

If you are interested in working together or are curious about how to best help your child, we offer a 30-minute consultation, as well as custom consultations based on you and your child’s needs. You can learn about both here.

Erin has been working with our 2-year-old son for one year.  Not only has Erin supported him directly with his speech, but he has several different providers and she has helped ensure coordination amongst the group.  In fact, I often look to Erin to “approve” of new providers and confirm they are up to her standards.  Erin is not only very skilled at was she does, but she is a trusted thought partner and consultant to help us ensure we are receiving the highest quality care for our child.  Our son loves working with Erin and he is excited every time he sees her.  We are so thrilled with the progress that he has made since beginning to work with Erin and we couldn’t be happier with the services that she has provided.  We are so grateful for Erin!

We learned so much from Erin! I’m in special education, and I thought I knew everything about Autism and how best to help my son. I was wrong – Erin’s knowledge of all things Autism helped us to take our son to the next level. My husband’s joke was that she’s a speech and language magician!

Erin is great to work with! She has a special gift when working with toddlers! Our family truly appreciated everything Erin did to help our daughter!!
